The rooms are spacious, with an entrance hall, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and a balcony with a view over the nearby salt-pans.

Guests can spend their time in the living room, the spacious dining room or the garden overlooking the salt-pans. There is also prívate parking in the shade available for our guests.

CULINARY SPECIALTIES

We provide our guests with organic, home-grown fruit and vegetables from our garden, home-made jams, olive oil and wine from our vineyards.

We also prepare dishes, which are typical for our region such as polenta e bacala (maize porridge with cod), brodet (fish soup), ombolo (pork fillet), Istrian soup, fish dishes, cured Istrian ham, and many typical local and Slovene desserts: potica (rolled cake with nuts), strudel, cherry dumplings and home-made jams.

Catering service

Due to the big demand for our home-made dishes we also perform a catering service - preparation and delivery of various dishes for different events.We offer a full service, but still keep in mind your specific wishes, so you will be able to devote your attention to the organised event and not worry about anything else.

We usually cater for special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, press conferences, exhibitions, concerts etc. The strength of our offer is in the wholesomeness of the ingredients used for the preparations of the dishes.
